Pie shop

Bakers Square began in December 1969 as Mrs. C's in Des Moines, Iowa, became Poppin' Fresh Pies under Pillsbury, and took its current name in 1983. The family restaurant chain, best known for its pies and Free Pie Wednesday, has shrunk to a handful of Midwest restaurants plus pie-only outlets inside partner restaurants.

18 signature items across 3 categories. Chain menus vary by location and season, so the Chicago store may not carry every item.
